Tatanova, Travnova, Craftsnova and Womannova are portals owned and hosted by Tata Internet Services Limited (TISL). These were hosted on IBM AIX servers and had to be migrated to Windows 2000 servers.

Solution

Enable Interactive created a blueprint and executed the migration project. The process entailed designing and rewriting of pages and programs so that a seamless transition takes place as far as user is concerned.

a. The Migration process included development of a Content Management System to accommodate the content feeds currently being received. It was designed to be scalable for accommodating new feeds and functionalities.

The Content Management System was designed to manage the following:

2. Content Updates
3. Content Editing
4. Archiving
5. Advertising
